Last Day of 2008...

In less than an hour marks the end of Year 2008... welcoming Year 2009!!

This is how talented my wife is! My life is so full of surprises and colorful all thanks to my lovely wife and daughter. I am a blessed man!

Lao Po! I did wanted to get you something but that day it was too rush and the queue at the shop was impossible. But its never too late haha! Wait for my surprise ok .... Haha!

Catch the last minute to post on Christmas Day!!

I had placed this present for hubby under the tree on Christmas eve afternoon...& he still never sees it(knew he won't, haha..."最危险的地方, 就是最安全的地方")!

"Ta-Da"! This is the present i did for my dear...a handmade table calender! I specially print & did some scrapbooking on the individual months/pages. I know it doesn't cost much, but its definitely the one-&-only!

p.s. Lao-gong, although i know you didn't get me anything, its ok! anyway i didn't really "buy" anything for u... i really enjoyed makin it &
            seeing the surprise look from u!

Some updates on this little darling of ours:
Clever little imp, Super Talkative, Big "Kaypo"... Naughty at times, but also knows how to act super sweet... Seems like yesterday when she's juz a baby, & now a little girl who knows how to throw tantrums...

She's a girl who picks things up pretty fast, remembers things very well & understands what we tell her(although she sometimes purposely does the opposites!)! For a 16mth old, daddy & mummy's proud of you!



Title: One of Our Fave!

This is one of our family's fave food...yummy "one-pot rice" (not fried rice)! Easy to cook, smells wonderful, & of cos fills the stomach!

Michelle: Here's the recipe!
About 500g of beef or chicken
1 apple (chopped to bits)
1 onion (chopped to bits)
Breadcrumbs (optional:juz holds the burger better)

Juz mix it all up! Make into patties & pan-fry. You can use normal burger buns, or in the photo i use wholemeal bread (slightly toasted), top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
